David and I were in Explorer Scouts Post 613, and we were delegates to the Region 7 Conference at Great Lakes Naval Training Center, as well as in ROTC at East...where he was in my squad. His name is engraved in the Viet Nam Memorial at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield. I go out there every year at Memorial Day and rub my fingers over his name. He was a good man.
