LARRY J. GAYET, 67 ROCKFORD - Larry J. Gayet, 67, of Rockford died at 3:51 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011, in his home. Born July 3, 1944, in Rockford, the son of George C. and Dorothy J. (Hendrick) Gayet. Survivors include sister, Mary L. Guyer of Roscoe; aunt, Alice LaGassie of Durand; nephews, Brent Cordray of Texas and Roger Cordray of New Mexico; and several cousins. Predeceased by son, Joe Gayet in October 2001; and parents. Memorial service at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, in Delehanty Funeral Home Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 5 p.m. to service time.
