It has been brought to my attention that Thomas P. Anderson died on August 31, 2021 in Cupertion, Ca. There was no obituary listed at the funeral home.
Tom and I were close friends in junior and senior high school. We, along with Joel Andrews, enjoyed going to Friday night rec nights at Lincoln Jr, High, the three of us often walked home together from school (we all lived on Oak Knolls Ave) and we played golf together in the summers. A few years ago Tom and I became friends on Facebook and we also e-mailed messages at times. The past year, however, I had not heard from him, and I think it was probably because of health issues. He lived in California and I live in Tennessee and we have not seen each other for many years.
